I really like the Angel. My daughter also loves it.
But, I ordered the Eternal Light Praying Hands, EL-2019763971, on 31 March 2021. I never received that order and my CC was charged for it $41.95. I have sent several customer service messages with no help! In good Faith I ordered the Eternal Light Angel and received it with no problem and it cost more.
I would like for my CC to be refunded the $41.95 for the Praying Hands Light that I have never received and do not want it now. Satisfied with the Eternal Light Angel!!

I loved everything about it but I thought the base I ordered connected to the cross I ordered as well. The picture I saw they were together. I need this for my mom and dads grave cause they don’t have the built in vases. So do I need to purchase something to connect the two?

I purchased this as a gift for a family who recently lost their daughter. I have, yet, to see it in person. However, I did rate it as “loving it” because that is the feedback I received from the family. They were extremely happy with this Angel which I had also had personalised for them.
The only negative was the fact I could not put a gift card in with purchase and so they did not know who sent it. I called Eternal Light immediately after placing the order because I realised this and was told they “do not do that”. The recipients then had to research on their own to see it was from me. This really needs to be corrected.

It took longer then I expected to receive the pieces, I received both parts to one of the sets and the heart fit perfectly, the second one the base is different so the heart does not fit in the base. Besides that monor issue, they are beautiful, I am keeping one here in my home, and the other will go to my mother in law, since she lives in the same town my husband was laid to rest, they are 3 hours away from me.
